Supervision & Training
Professional consults
For therapists with challenging cases or seeking to refine specific skills. I regularly provide both ad-hoc and ongoing consults to help colleagues improve the work they're doing in supporting clients with OCD and other persistent patterns.
Whether it’s how to implement an intervention, what to do when the treatment manual isn’t working, or when the OCD has hijacked the therapy process itself… I’ve worked through all the same challenges! I support psychologists who are using ERP and ACT and I’m listed as a consultant for therapists using Inference-based CBT. My PhD research focused on imagery rescripting for OCD. Overall, I take a process-based approach with a focus on mechanisms of change.

Clinical registrar supervision
I'm a PsyBA-approved supervisor for clinical registrars seeking endorsement. I support developing core competencies while building confidence in leveraging mechanisms of change. I'm familiar with imposter syndrome and the ambitious drive to learn "all the modalities"!
I could be a good fit if you're trying to work out how to balance adherence to evidence-based treatments with staying personal and flexible for your clients. My training spans from structured CBT approaches to attachment and relational work. My research background helps bridge the apparent tensions between following protocols and responding authentically to what's happening in the room.
